If there's one thing I want you to learn from your visit to this site, it's that I am here to provide you with the best experience possible.  When I first thought of venturing into the real estate business, I thought that I wanted to make as many transactions as possible and be one of 'those people' who boast about and plaster their 'medallion' achievements and volumes of sales everywhere.  Since that time, I have learned that I do not want that whatsoever.
 
To have a high volume of sales means that I would be underservicing my clients, missing fine details, not being as diligent in protecting my clients' best interests, and be constantly stressed.  Contrary to all of these things, my ultimate goal is to have a base of loyal clients who have been treated with ultimate care, one detail at a time, and who could not possibly think of contacting any other Realtor when it comes time to make their next real estate move. 
 
In order to do that, I have chosen to run a boutique-style business where I limit the number of active clients I work with in order to provide a gratifying and mutually beneficial relationship with everybody that I engage in business.  I am not interested in a one-time client, but a long-lasting relationship that is nurtured and developed one step at a time.
  
At this time, I am enjoying working primarily with buyers.  Not only is this a strategic choice of mine given the current nature of the market, but I also love the process of finding people their dream home, or their next investment property.  The search is more than half the fun for me!  I am certainly not going to turn down one of my clients if they need that service, but I am currently not propsecting my services in that direction.
